Jemmia Priority has two parts: a progressive web app for end users on their phones, and a CMS for the operations team to manage data. I handled both the interface and the business logic.
Scope
- Mobile PWA: an interface designed for phone interactions, installable like an app.
- Points exchange logic: integrated and analyzed the Exchange Points flow so users redeem points according to the rules.
- Admin CMS: manage data and approve customer requests.
- Performance and SEO: optimized load speed and discoverability.

The project combines an end-user product (the PWA) with an internal tool (the CMS), focused on mobile experience, performance and SEO.
